Free delivery throughout Central Scotland
We offer free delivery on all orders over £30 to the areas shown in our map below. All orders under £30 will incur a delivery charge, unless we tell you otherwise.

Free nationwide delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders over £75 that are being delivered to a UK postal address.
All other orders will have a posting charge quoted at time of checkout.
Expect your goods to arrive between 1 to 3 working days, but sometimes delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. Please allow extra time for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
Delivery & postage
If your order requires posting, these will usually be delivered by Royal Mail.
We will try to post as many orders as possible same day. Where this isn’t possible we will aim to post on the next working day.
Please remember that some deliveries may need to be signed for and it’s your responsibility to ensure you’re home or able to collect the order if the courier was unable to deliver. We'll happily send your purchase to a work place or neighbour if you let us know.
If delivery was not possible, we may apply further delivery charges if you need us to re-send your order.
For all deliveries, please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We try to ensure that you receive your goods in excellent condition. If you do not receive all of your order, or in the event that something arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us on 01786 595001 or email email@example.com. We’ll do our best to sort it out.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Unfortunately we are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed. If you’d like to cancel an order, please contact us on 01786 595001 or firstname.lastname@example.org. We ask that all cancellations are confirmed via email.
Provided the processing has not yet started and it is not with a third party supplier, we will be able to cancel the order for you.
If your products have already been delivered, then you will need to make a return instead.
Returns and Refunds
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase, if you need to return anything to us, we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange.
You can return goods to Dixie Doodles. All goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on goods deemed not to be resalable. Your statutory rights are not affected.
You can returns goods to us by emailing us at email@example.com. If you are within the free delivery area of Central Scotland then we will arrange for collection. Alternatively, send your goods and order confirmation email to Taylorton House, Stirling FK7 7LL. Please include the reason for return.
Exception: we regret that personalised products that are made to order or are ordered specifically may not be returned or refunded unless they are defective. We reserve the right to accept returns and refunds of these goods.
We’ll refund the price of the item to the purchaser once it is received by us. A refund of the original postage or delivery charges and any charges for returning the goods to us will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
When returning your goods, please make sure the goods are returned in their original packaging, are packed securely to avoid damage and include your order confirmation. Please include the reason for return.
